Report: Ottawa getting calls from several organizations regarding Dzingel

Having a career season and being a pending unrestricted free agent, the Ottawa Senators are getting calls from several franchises including contenders also regarding Ryan Dzingel whom they put on the trade block along with their other star Mark Stone,

According to Eliotte Friedman, the Ottawa organization have been getting more and more calls regarding their pending unrestricted free agent Ryan Dzingel who is on pace of a 60-point season.

Due to the fact that Dzingel is having a record year and has a $1.8 million cap hit, many tight contending teams have given Ottawa a call. Some teams mentioned are the Washington Capitals, Pittsburgh Penguins, the Toronto Maple Leafs, Boston Bruins, San Jose Sharks and even the Columbus Blue Jackets.

So far this season, Dzingel has 22 goals and 22 assists, 44 points in 57 games this season. He also has 4 points in the Senators' last 5. Becoming a free agent this summer, Dzingel was offered a contract earlier this season, but it was not clear the terms of it.
