Rumor: Tampa Bay Lightning interested in Buffalo's Rasmus Ristolainen

According to Andy Strickland of FOX Sports Midwest, the Tampa Bay Lightning have high interest in Buffalo Sabres Rasmus Ristolainen and have sent scouts to their last game against the Washington Capitals to scout the 24-year old.
During Saturday's game, the Tampa Bay Lightning had 3 of their scouts at the game against the Washington Capitals. Apparently, there have been rumors that started out as speculations and now they just won't go away.

Although the Tampa Bay Lightning have little to no cap space left, $1.7 million, the deal could happen if Ryan Callahan is in the deal also. The Lightning are in the same position as the Edmonton Oilers are with Lucic, they both have a horrendous contract that they want to get rid of.

Of course, as of now, this is just plain speculation, but if you were Julien Brisebois, the GM of the Bolts, what would you offer Buffalo for their 24-year old?
