Rumor: Corey Perry ready to sign with his new club

According to sources Corey Perry won't be waiting long to make his decision this summer, as word is there's mutual interest between himself and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The long time Ducks forward was recently bought out by the club after battling injuries and seeing his production decline at an alarming rate. With 2 years left at over $8 million, Anaheim had no choice and had to move on.

Word is Jim Rutherford, Pens GM, sees Perry as the perfect fit on the right side of Sidney Crosby, and after a buy out, Rutherford knows he can get Perry at a discounted rate. Perry wants to play for a winner and riding shotgun on Sidney Crosby's line, what more could you ask for?

It's going to take some getting used to, regardless of the colours of Perry's new jersey. Are the Pens the perfect match?
