Leafs' Jake Muzzin Suffers Broken Foot

The Toronto Maple Leafs have announced that defenseman Jake Muzzin is listed as week-to-week with a broken foot. He will not be in tonight's line-up against the New York Rangers.


In the first period of yesterday's contest against the New Jersey Devils, Muzzin blocked a shot which caused the injury. Earlier today, the Maple Leafs recalled 20 year old defenseman,Timothy Liljegren. Adam Brooks was recalled from the Toronto Marlies on Friday, and will make his NHL debut tonight against the Rangers.
