Gross Video: Canes' Dougie Hamilton breaks his leg vs CBJ

The Carolina Hurricanes are going to be without their best defenceman for awhile, as Dougie Hamilton went down on Thursday night vs Columbus, with what appeared to be a serious leg injury.

The timing of an injury is never ideal, however this one stings even more, as Hamilton is enjoying a career with Carolina, now that's he flanking the right side without Justin Faulk blocking his minutes.

We wish Hamilton all the best with his recovery from a broken fibula.
