Rumor: PK Subban heading to the Columbus Blue Jackets

The New Jersey Devils continue to work the phones trying to rebuild their roster once again after an embarrassing season. The team has talked to a number of team about defenseman, PK Subban, and it appears the Columbus Blue Jackets are interested in a deal.

The Blue Jackets have been on fire lately, winning 6 in a row on the back of some amazing goaltending from their new 'King Elvis', however, all it's done is sparked the teams interest in adding some more pieces for their playoff run.

These two teams have discussed a PK Subban trade, centered around CBJ's David Savard, and former first-round pick Gabriel Carlsson.

If the Devils are willing to eat some of Subban's massive $9million dollar contract over the next few years, they could find themselves receiving another prospect or pick in the deal.

Keep an eye on Columbus as their GM loves bold moves and wants to add to his mix over the next few weeks.
