Vancouver Canucks Lose Key Defenceman To Injury

The Vancouver Canucks have made several offseason transactions in order to improve their team. One of these recent additions has been placed on injury reserve.

Although losing a player is never good, Travis Hamonic has been placed on injury reserve, not long term injury reserve. This indicates that he is likely to be considered week-to-week. Hamonic was doubled over in pain during the 3rd period against the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday evening.
