Video: Crazy Fight Between Sharks' Viel and Kings MacDermid

Somebody better check on Jeffrey Viel of the San Jose Sharks today after the 24-year-old forward ate some serious right hands from LA Kings tough guy Kurtis MacDermid on Friday night.

The two combatants dropped the mitts during the second period as the Sharks were up 3-1 and let's just say if winning a fight gives your team momentum, the Kings had everything going their way after this bout.

Viel has only appeared in six games for the Sharks this season and is showing he's willing to drop the mitts and protect himself and his teammates. Unfortunately he won't be chalking up a win after this one.
