Video: Maple Leafs Marner Moving On From Criticism Filled Season

The Toronto Maple Leafs were put out in the first-round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season and the team faced a ton of criticism for their play. None more than forward Mitch Marner as the shifty winger went from being top-5 in the NHL in points during the regular season to going scoreless and ending up with only four points in seven postseason games.

Marner was recently a guest on Breakfast Television and was asked about the criticism from last season and had this to say on the matter:

Look for Marner and his Maple Leafs teammates to have a big year in Toronto and it's of course going to come down to Stanley Cup Playoff success, and yes, this could be your year Leafs Nation.
