NHL Rumors: 3 Potential Trade Destinations For Lawson Crouse

Lawson Crouse's name came up in the rumor mill a lot before the trade deadline, but a deal never came to fruition. Yet, with the Arizona Coyotes' fire sale likely not completed, it wouldn't be surprising to see them listen to offers for the power forward again this summer. If that does in fact occur, don't be surprised to see these three teams calling.

Ottawa Senators: Senators GM Pierre Dorion wants Ottawa to become a playoff team and changes are coming this summer. He already confirmed that he will not be re-signing players like Chris Tierney, Tyler Ennis, and Victor Mete. Crouse could be a nice winger to add to their middle six, and this is especially true after his career-best season this year.

Boston Bruins: The Bruins were in on Crouse before the deadline. It's understandable, as their bottom-six left wingers haven't been getting the job done. Crouse would be an immediate upgrade over both Trent Frederic and Nick Foligno. Furthermore, he would give some toughness that the team desperately needs.

Philadelphia Flyers: Like the Bruins, the Flyers were linked to Crouse this season. It would be cool to see him end up there, as he fits the description of a classic Flyer. Furthermore, he has been friends with Travis Konecny since childhood, so perhaps they would have strong chemistry on a line together.
