Rangers Forward To Miss Time

The New York Rangers will be without Barclay Goodrow, as the veteran forward will be out week-to-week.

The Rangers just tied their series against the Pittsburgh Penguins up, but with the way it's started, we could be in for a close one. Due to this, being without Goodrow certainly isn't ideal, as he provides the team with a nice blend of physicality and solid defensive play. 

Goodrow's first season with the Blueshirts couldn't have been much better. During it, he set career-highs in goals (13), assists (20), and points (33). Although some questioned the team signing him to a long-term deal, he honestly has left a good first impression. However, now the Rangers will be without the two-time Stanley Cup winner during the remainder of the first round, at least.
