Kings Re-sign AHL MVP

 



T.J. Tynan has been re-signed by the Los-Angeles Kings to a two year, one way, $785.5K AAV contract extension.

He's earned it.

T.J. Tynan was recently declared the winner of the Les Cunningham Award, as the AHL's most valuable player for the 2021-2022 season. The forward has won the award in back-to-back seasons. 

Tynan recorded 98 points in 62 games this past season for the Kings' minor league affiliate, the Ontario Reign. Tynan has played in 498 AHL games and is the AHL's leading scorer since his debut in 2014, posting 85 goals and 361 assists for a total of 446 points.
