Senators Sign Two Players


The Senators have signed goaltender Antoine Bibeau and defenseman Jacob Larsson.

Bibeau receives a one-year, two-way deal worth $750K ($100K AHL). The twenty-nine year old spent the first half of the 2021-22 season with the Charlotte Checkers, posting a .905 save percentage and 2.48 goals against average. He was then sent to the Allen Americans of the ECHL, where he put up a strong .923 save percentage and 2.79 goals against average.

Larsson receives a one-year, two-way deal worth $750K ($300K AHL). The twenty-five year old appeared in six games for the Ducks this past season, scoring zero goals with one assist. He spent his next 55 games with the San Diego Gulls, scoring two goals and 13 assists for 15 total points. 

The two players add nice depth to Ottawa's farm system

The Ottawa Senators now sit with $19,590,119 in cap space.
