New Jersey Devils Re-Sign Forward

The Devils have re-signed Tyce Thompson to a two-year contract extension.

Thompson is a young forward who is trying to cement himself as a full-time NHL player. He left a good impression this season with the Utica Comets, as he had six goals and 15 points in 16 contests. He also played in two games with the NHL squad but failed to get on the scoresheet.

It will be intriguing to see if Thompson is able to compete for a spot on the Devils' NHL roster for the 2022-23 season from here.
