Arizona Coyotes Place 2 Players on Waivers

The Arizona Coyotes have placed Michael Carcone and Jean-Sebastien Dea on waivers.

Carcone played in his first 21 career NHL games this past season with the Coyotes, where he had four goals and two assists. He was also pretty active in the physical side of the game, as he had a solid 31 hits. Due to this, some believed that he could compete for a bottom-six spot on their roster, but alas, that did not come to fruition. Instead, he will return as a key contributor to the Tuscon Roadrunners, if he clears waivers, of course.

Dea, on the other hand, has not played in the NHL since the 2020-21 season, where he appeared in one game for the Buffalo Sabres. In 33 career NHL games over five NHL seasons, he has five goals and seven points.
