Capitals Forward Out Indefinitely

More brutal news for the Washington Capitals, as T.J. Oshie will be out indefinitely due to a lower-body injury.

The Capitals have been dealing with several injuries up front, as Nicklas Backstrom, Tom Wilson, Carl Hagelin, and Connor Brown are all out of action. Now, they are losing another top-six winger in Oshie indefinitely. That spells trouble for a Capitals team who has a 5-4-0 record and needs to start heating up.

Oshie has played in nine games for the Capitals this season, where he has two goals and five points. For his standards, this production is a bit low, but there's no question that they will miss the 35-year-old while he is out. Let's see if their players can pick up the slack from here.
