Vegas Golden Knights Send Defenseman to AHL
The Vegas Golden Knights have sent Daniil Miromanov back down to the Henderson Silver Knights.
Miromanov appeared in his first 11 NHL games last season with Vegas, where he had an assist and an even rating. His demotion is certainly a big boost for the Silver Knights, however, as he scored 11 goals and recorded 53 points for the AHL squad last season. Now, he will be aiming to build off that excellent season from here. If he does, it certainly could lead to another call-up to the NHL squad in the near future.
Miromanov's chances of getting called up are also heightened by the fact that he can play forward as well. Overall, the 25-year-old is a fun player to pay attention, so let's see how long it takes him to rejoin Vegas.
