Arizona Coyotes Send Top Prospect to World Juniors
Team Canada is getting another major boost for World Juniors, as the Arizona Coyotes are loaning top prospect Dylan Guenther to the squad.
This news comes after Team Canada also already gotten Shane Wright and Brandt Clarke added to their roster. Now, another excellent prospect in Guenther is joining the party, and boy does that make Canada look even more dangerous for the tournament.
This decision may be a bit surprising to some, however, as Guenther has been quite solid for the Coyotes as a rookie. In 21 total games on the year, the 19-year-old winger has three goals to go along with 11 points. Overall, that's definitely a good start to the Edmonton native's career, but with the Coyotes in a full-on rebuild, they will be giving him a chance to play for his country.
