Minnesota Wild Make Roster Move

The Minnesota Wild have sent down Andrej Sustr to the Iowa Wild.

Sustr was called up to Minnesota at the beginning of the month, but he, unfortunately, did not get into game action for the NHL squad. As a result, the 32-year-old will have to wait longer to make his regular-season debut for the team.

Although this demotion is not the best news, it seems more likely than not that Sustr will get another call-up before the season is over. Injuries will forever arise and he is one of their top depth defensemen, after all.

In 361 career NHL games, Sustr has 11 goals, 58 assists, and 69 points.
