Winnipeg Jets Make Roster Moves

The Winnipeg Jets have placed Logan Stanley and Saku Maenalanen on injured reserve. With that, they have called up Kevin Stenlund to their NHL roster.

Stanley and Maenalanen will now be out until next weekend at least with this IR placement. In seven games this season, Stanley has one assist to go along with an even rating. Maenalanen, on the other hand, has played in 25 games for the Jets, scoring four goals and recording six points.

This is a big opportunity for Stenlund to show the Jets that he should be in the NHL full-time. In 71 career games over four seasons with the Columbus Blue Jackets, the 6-foot-4 forward scored 11 goals and had 20 points. Let's see how he improves upon these career stats as a Jet from here.
