Anaheim Ducks Rumors: 3 Offseason Trade Candidates

Welcome to NHL Trade Rumors' Offseason Trade Candidates series. During it, we will be looking at three players from each team who could be moved during the summer.

In this latest episode, we will be discussing the rebuilding Anaheim Ducks.

John Gibson: Leading up to the deadline, John Gibson was one of the biggest trade targets, but the Ducks decided to keep him. However, when noting that his name has been in the rumor mill for multiple years now, it does not seem far-fetched that the Ducks will listen to offers for him again this summer. A change of scenery seems to be needed at this point for Gibson, and several clubs would love to grab him.

Adam Henrique: Similar to Gibson, Adam Henrique also was getting some attention on the trade market before the deadline passed. With next season being the final year of his contract, it is quite likely that the Ducks will move him this summer. In 57 games this season, the 33-year-old forward has 19 goals and 37 points.

Max Comtois: After posting a team-leading 33 points in 55 games during the 2020-21 season for Anaheim, Max Comtois has struggled mightily. As a result, it may be time for both the player and team to move on from one another. He has been in the rumor mill since last season as well, so don't be surprised to see him shopped this summer.
