Vancouver Canucks Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots for Brock Boeser

Brock Boeser was surprisingly not moved at the 2023 NHL Trade Deadline. Although the Vancouver Canucks had him stay put for the remainder of the year, don't be surprised to see him dealt this summer. As a result, let's look at three possible landing spots for him.

Pittsburgh Penguins: The Pittsburgh Penguins were linked to Boeser at the deadline. Although they could not get a deal done, don't be surprised to see them enter the sweepstakes yet again this offseason. This is especially so when noting that they will have a hole in their top six with Jason Zucker being a pending unrestricted free agent.

New York Islanders: If the New York Islanders want to be contenders again, they will need to add a scoring winger this offseason. As a result, perhaps they could look to make another trade with the Canucks and land Boeser. Keep in mind, he does have chemistry with former teammate Bo Horvat.

New Jersey Devils: The New Jersey Devils were one of the handful of teams in on Boeser, and they could pursue him again this summer. Although they landed Timo Meier at the deadline, one could argue that they could use another high-impact winger as they aim to become long-term contenders.
