Winnipeg Jets Rumors: Bruins Forward On Team's Radar

The Winnipeg Jets are looking to add more scoring to their roster in 2023-24. As a result, there are rumblings that they will target Boston Bruins forward Tyler Bertuzzi in free agency if he elects to test the market.

Bertuzzi is one of the best pending UFAs heading into the summer, so he is going to receive a ton of interest around the league. He was the Bruins' top player in the postseason, as he had five goals to go along with 10 points in seven contests. After a strong playoff showing like that, it is apparent that Boston wants to keep him, but they may not have the money to make it possible. Thus, look for the Jets to swoop in if so.

The Jets need to add more skill to their lineup next year, and Bertuzzi would give them just that. He would be another excellent top-six option for them, so we will need to wait and see if the Jets can successfully sign the Sudbury native from here.
