Predators Rumors: 3 Trade Candidates for 2023-24 Season

The Nashville Predators have a 12-12-0 record. Overall, it has been a year of ups and downs for them. If they cannot find consistency and are out of the playoff race by the deadline, they will be sellers. Thus, let's go over three players who they could move this season.

Tyson Barrie: Tyson Barrie is expected to be traded no matter where the Predators are in the standings. They have given him permission to speak with other teams about a potential trade, and it makes sense. He is a pending UFA, and the fit just has not been there in Nashville. Yet, when noting that he is a skilled offensive defenseman, teams will be interested.

Alexandre Carrier: Alexandre Carrier is another pending UFA who has been generating buzz as a trade candidate. The 27-year-old should get interest from teams looking to improve the right side of their defense.

Juuse Saros: Juuse Saros is a dark horse trade candidate to watch. His name has come up in the rumor mill since last season. He would get the Predators a big return if officially moved, and teams like the New Jersey Devils, Toronto Maple Leafs, Carolina Hurricanes, and Edmonton Oilers would be all over him.
