Flames Rumors: Nazem Kadri Linked To Former Team

The NHL trade rumors have been ablaze recently, with a new rumor centering around the possibility of Nazem Kadri, currently with the Calgary Flames, making a move to join the Colorado Avalanche, according to Sean Keeler and Rob Ellis.

This speculation has gathered momentum due to reports indicating Kadri's apparent reluctance to be part of the Flames' ongoing rebuilding phase.

Instead, he seems drawn to the idea of returning to the Avalanche, a team boasting star players like Nathan MacKinnon, Mikko Rantanen, and Cale Makar, who are all in their prime and are considered some of the league's elite talents.

Kadri played for the Avalanche from 2019-22, amassing 58 goals and 155 total points across 178 games played, the best streak of his NHL career.
