Canadiens Rumors: 3 Free Agents to Target This Offseason
In this latest edition of the series, we will be focusing on the Montreal Canadiens.
Anthony Mantha: The Canadiens would be wise to look to add to their forward group this offseason. While they are still rebuilding, giving their middle six a boost should be a priority. Because of this, one player who they should consider targeting is Anthony Mantha. He is having a nice bounce-back season and would be a big addition to their power play.
A.J. Greer: The Canadiens would be wise to add to their bottom six this offseason. There's no question that they could use more grit, so one player who could be worth adding is A.J. Greer. He is having a nice season with the Calgary Flames and would give their fourth line a bit more production.
Yakov Trenin: The Canadiens could look to add to their center depth this offseason, and one player who could grab their attention is Yakov Trenin. Similar to Greer, he would give their bottom six a bit more grit. He also would work well on their penalty kill because of his solid defensive play.
