Golden Knights Rumors: 3 Offseason Suitors for Chandler Stephenson

Vegas Golden Knights forward Chandler Stephenson is one of the most notable pending unrestricted free agents (UFAs) who could hit the market this summer. It is likely that the Golden Knights will look to keep him around due to his impact, but if they don't get a new deal done with him, expect these three clubs to target him this summer.

Boston Bruins: The Boston Bruins stand out as a prime possible landing spot for Stephenson if he hits the market. It is not a secret that their goal is to improve their roster down the middle, and Stephenson would absolutely do just that. He is a consistent 60-point threat and would be a nice addition to their top six if signed.

Calgary Flames: After trading Elias Lindholm at the deadline, it is likely that the Calgary Flames will look to improve their center group this offseason. Stephenson would be a great addition to their roster, as he would provide them with more offense and would work on both of their special team units. The Flames are not looking to rebuild, either, so they are likely to be aggressive in free agency.

Columbus Blue Jackets: The Columbus Blue Jackets are looking to become a more competitive team. When noting that they need serious help down the middle, they could look to make a notable splash this offseason and try to add Stephenson. They have money to work with.
