Kleven Should Continue To Improve As He Gains More Experience
Overall, Kleven had a solid first full season at the NHL level with the Senators this year and should continue to be a key part of their blueline moving forward after landing this contract extension. Now, the 6-foot-5 defenseman should only to continue as he gains more NHL experience from here.
Kleven was selected by the Senators with the 44th overall pick of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. In 96 career NHL games with the Senators thus far, he has recorded four goals, nine assists, 13 points, 31 penalty minutes, and 122 hits.
