NHL Trade Rumor: Tomas Hertl Could Be On The Move From Vegas
With rumours of Las Vegas being the top destination for unrestricted free agent Mitch Marner, we're getting word Tuesday morning that forward Tomas Hertl and his $8.137 million cap hit could be on the verge of being shipped out by the Vegas Golden Knights.
Tomas Hertl's name is one I've heard a few times since last week.

Reports he may be on his way out of Vegas this morning to the Eastern Conference.
Insider Marco D'Amico is reporting that Hertl may be heading to the Eastern Conference in a deal, and according to David Ettedgui, the Carolina Hurricanes are the likely destination.
There is no final confirmation at this point.
With only $9.6 million in cap space, the Golden Knights clearly have some moves to make if they hope to sign Marner in free agency. He is expected to command an AAV of close to $14 million.
Hertl, however, has a full no move clause until July 1, after which it becomes a 3-team modified no-move, meaning he can provide a list of 3 teams he'd like to go to.
With that, D'Amico says, he could put the kibosh on the deal, if he does not want to go to Raleigh.
"Hence why nothing has been announced," says the inside r.
Hertl arrived in Vegas at last year’s trade deadline from the San Jose Sharks. He had 32 goals and 61 points this season in 73 games.
The 31-year-old is a three-time 30-goal scorer in a 12-year NHL career.
