NHL Rumors: 2 Anaheim Ducks Who Could Be Traded Before Season
The Anaheim Ducks are a team to keep an eye on as we continue to get closer to the 2025-26 season. They have been talked about often in the rumor mill this summer, so let's look at three Ducks players who could be on the move before the campaign starts from here.
Mason McTavish
McTavish remains a restricted free agent (RFA) at this point of the summer, and he has been the subject of plenty of trade speculation. There is no question that several teams would love to acquire the 2021 third-overall pick, as he is a proven 22-year-old center who still has plenty of time to get even better. Due to this, it would take a significant offer to acquire him, but there is no question that he is a player to watch right now.
Troy Terry
Troy Terry's name has also come up in the rumor mill this offseason as the Ducks continue to reshape their roster. Teams looking for another top-six forward could certainly pursue Terry, as he has been a solid offensive contributor for several years now. He would also be far more than a rental for any team looking to acquire him, as he has a $7 million cap hit until the end of the 2029-30 season.
