NHL Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots For Victor Olofsson

With August now here, Victor Olofsson still remains an unrestricted free agent (UFA). Yet, when noting that he just had a solid season with the Vegas Golden Knights, it would not be surprising in the slightest if that changed shortly.

Because of this, let's go over three teams who could make sense as landing spots for Olofsson now.

Vegas Golden Knights

A reunion between the Golden Knights and Olofsson could make sense. There is no question that he proved to be a nice fit on their roster this past season, as he recorded 15 goals, 29 points, and a plus-17 rating in 56 games. On a cheap one-year deal, Olofsson could be a nice player for the Golden Knights to bring back.

Minnesota Wild

The Wild would benefit by adding another veteran winger to their top nine, so they could be a solid landing spot for Olofsson. When looking at their lineup, he could slot nicely on their third line and power play if signed. Due to this, they could be a team to keep an eye on when it comes to Olofsson.

Colorado Avalanche

The Avalanche should be looking to bring in another winger to their roster this off-season. There is no question that their bottom six could use some help, and bringing in a proven scorer like Olofsson would provide them with just that.
