NHL Rumors: 3 Nashville Predators Trade Candidates To Watch
It has been a bad season for the Nashville Predators, and changes are expected to be on the way.
Due to this, let's look at three Nashville players who could end up traded this season.
Ryan O'Reilly
O'Reilly is one of the NHL's top trade candidates this season, and there is a real expectation he will be moved. The 34-year-old is still a very good two-way top-six center at this point of his career and has a good contract. With this, expect interest to be very high for the veteran.
Steven Stamkos
Things have not worked out between the Predators and Stamkos. Due to this, the 35-year-old forward has been creating a lot of chatter in the rumor mill, even with him having a tough season. With some salary retention, there could be some clubs out there willing to bring in the future Hall of Famer.
Jonathan Marchessault
Marchessault could certainly generate interest from clubs looking for a top-six winger. The veteraen forward was the subject of trade rumors throughout the summer, and with Nashville continuing to struggle, it would not be very surprising if they listen to offers for him this season.
