3 Teams Make Final Trade Offers for Predators' Ryan O'Reilly

The Ryan O'Reilly sweepstakes has never been hotter, and now we wait to see if 'The Factor' is dealt before Friday's trade deadline. The Nashville Predators management team have been listening to trade offers for weeks, and now there's three teams left, who are getting closer to exactly what the Preds are looking for.

The price will be significant, as O'Reilly has admitted numerous times he doesn't want to be traded and wants to stick around at least another season in Nashville, meanwhile, the Preds are trying to do what's right by the team, and at least listen to the offers coming in for the former Conn Smythe winner.

According to The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun, the Predators are in talks with Colorado Avalanche, Minnesota Wild, and Dallas Stars. The trade offers likely include a top forward prospect, one first-round pick, and a conditional draft pick.

The Preds picked up a point on Saturday night, and sit just three points out of a playoff spot in the Western Conference, which is the dilemma management is facing at the moment. Move O'Reilly and that could turn the dressing room on it's head, and essentially take the team out of playoff contention.

O'Reilly's also been linked to the Carolina Hurricanes and Montreal Canadiens, but has admitted in the past he prefers to play where there's less noise. Toronto was too much for him, and playing in Montreal isn't something he'd prefer for his family away from the rink, so at this point, it feels like if O'Reilly gets traded, it will be back to the Avalanche.

Keep an eye on the Stars as well, as with Tyler Seguin on LTIR, they have a ton of financial flexibility and as we can tell, are going to be aggressive leading up to Friday.

O'Reilly appears on the move, where does he end up?
