NHL Rumors: 3 Trade Destinations for Blues' Jordan Kyrou

St. Louis Blues forward Jordan Kyrou is a prime trade candidate to watch during the offseason. The skilled forward has been in the rumor mill for a long time now, and it is clear that he could use a change of scenery.

Because of this, let's look at three teams that could look to acquire Kyrou during the offseason now.

Detroit Red Wings

Adding another top-six winger this offseason should be one of the Red Wings' top priorities. Because of this, it would not be surprising in the slightest if they made a push for Kyrou this offseason. If they acquired him, he could be a strong fit on either their first or second line. He would also be a clear option for their power play as well.

Seattle Kraken

The Kraken need to improve their forward group immensely if they hope to be better in 2026-27. One of their biggest needs is a star winger, and acquiring Kyrou would provide them with just that. Furthermore, with Kyrou being locked up long-term, he could be a strong fit on a Kraken team that is looking to take that next step.

Chicago Blackhawks

Connor Bedard needs more help around him on the wing, so it would make a lot of sense if the Blackhawks kicked tires on Kyrou. If they acquired Kyrou, he could thrive playing with a star center like Bedard. This is especially so when noting that Kyrou is a 30-goal and 70-point threat when playing at his best.
