NHL Rumors: 3 Trade Destinations for Flames' Morgan Frost
The Calgary Flames traded away multiple players this season as they continue their rebuild. They certainly could end up making more moves this summer, and Morgan Frost is one trade candidate on their roster to keep an eye on. With the 26-year-old center entering next season as a pending UFA, he could be a player the Flames flip if they do not view him as a long-term part of their plans.
Due to this, let's look at three teams that could target Frost this summer if he is made available.
Winnipeg Jets
The Jets could be a team to watch closely when it comes to Frost this offseason. They need to improve at the center position, and Frost could be a nice pickup for their middle six because of it. He would also give them another skilled forward to work with on their power play, which would not be a bad thing in the slightest.
St. Louis Blues
The Blues should be looking to add to their roster this offseason after a rough 2025-26 season. A player like Frost could grab their attention, as he is on the right side of 30 and would work nicely in their top nine.
New Jersey Devils
The Devils would also make sense as a potential suitor for Frost. They desperately need more secondary offensive production in their middle six, and Frost would give them just that if acquired. His 22 goals and 43 points in 82 games this season show that.
