Milan Lucic Fights in Vancouver Nightclub

Milan Lucic of the Boston Bruins says that he was a victim of an unprovoked attack in a Vancouver nightclub on Saturday. Lucic, who was born and raised in Vancouver was looking to party after his team lost 6 - 2 to the Canucks.

There were three flaws to his decision to party in a Vancouver nightclub. Firstly, he was in Canada where many people in the nightclub are going to recognize his face. Secondly, Vancouver Canucks fans despise the Boston Bruins after they eliminated their team from game 7 of the Stanley Cup final in 2011. Thirdly, alcohol fuels fights. Not surprisingly, the 25 year old was attacked while minding his own business in the club.



Milan Lucic says he is done with his hometown: "Other than being at Rogers Arena, you'll never see me in downtown Vancouver again. I'm done trying to defend city I'm from. I have no reason left to defend my city and the people in my city. I'm disgusted and outraged."
