Sean Bergenheim Demands a Trade

Trade rumors are running rampant over Sean Bergenheim of the Florida Panthers for the 2015 NHL season. Bergenheim demanded a trade earlier this month and was scratched from the lineup since.

In 39 games played, he has 8 goals and 10 assists for 18 points. The 31 year old left winger is in the final year of his contract and becomes an unrestricted free agent July 1. He has performed well in the playoffs.

Panthers GM Dale Tallon is looking for a third round draft pick in return. The Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning, New York Rangers, Winnipeg Jets, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Vancouver Canucks, are among the teams interested in Sean Bergenheim.
