Canucks Loui Eriksson calls out his head coach

Vancouver Canucks winger Loui Eriksson didn't hold back his feelings when asked about his relationship with his head coach, Travis Green.
Eriksson who signed with the club in 2016 has been a major disappointment and can't seem to find consistency on the score sheet. After a 30 goal season in 2015, he's never hit 30 total points in any of his three seasons with Vancouver.

Eriksson had this to say to Hockey Sverige out of Sweden, when asked about where he sees himself on the team and his thoughts on his head coach:
I haven't had so much ice time. I've been used mostly in a defensive role, so it's hard to score points. I love living in Canada and on the west coast. I'm very frustrated with my lack of success and want to do more personally to help the team's success. I need more ice time. Travis Green and I don't get on 100 %.
Eriksson remains a buy out option and a name we continue to hear on the trade market. One problem, nobody wants his contract .It appears the Canucks are stuck with him, so he may want to massage the relationship with Travis Green if he wants more ice time.
