Lightning Star Set To Return

It's a good day to be a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Star center Brayden Point will officially be returning to the lineup for Tuesday night's game against the Montreal Canadiens.

Point has not played since November 20th's contest against the New Jersey Devils. The 25-year-old center sustained an upper-body injury, but now, the Lightning should finally be getting him back. This is wonderful news for a team who already has a 20-6-4 record and are first in the Atlantic Division.

Overall, it's been another solid season for Point so far, as he has seven goals and 13 points in 16 games. Although Tampa has been winning games at will, they certainly will be ecstatic to have his offensive production back in the lineup. This should only make them better from here.

Alas, this is wonderful news for the Lightning. Even though they have been playing very well, it's always a major plus to get a star back from injury. Let's see if he gets back on the scoresheet in his return.
