"I Don't Give A Sh--!": Tortorella On All-Star Weekend

Raise your hand if you're surprised to hear this: John Tortorella couldn't care less about All-Star Weekend.

The outspoken Flyers' bench boss says he couldn't care less about the All-Game, or anything to do with it for that matter.

Was he disappointed that Travis Konecny was snubbed for the All-Star team?

“I don’t even worry about that sh*t,” he said.  “The whole team, the whole weekend, I don’t even watch it,” he said. “I think it’s turned into a … well, I’ll just leave it at that. I really don’t care.”

You'll excuse Flyers' left-winger Kevin Hayes if he doesn't share his coach's thoughts on the midseason showcase. He had tears in his eyes discussing his first All-Star selection. “It’s a cool situation for me because — not to get emotional — but it’s probably the only thing my brother said to me when I started playing hockey and that he wanted me to accomplish.”
