Florida Panthers Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots for Sam Reinhart

The Florida Panthers are due for some major changes this summer after an underwhelming season. As a result of this, Sam Reinhart has come up in the rumor mill, and it seems possible that he will be moved during the offseason because of it due to this. Let’s discuss three possible landing spots for him.

Edmonton Oilers: The Edmonton Oilers could use another right winger, and Reinhart would provide them with just that. However, they would also need to move out some salary to successfully acquire him, so a player like Kailer Yamamoto along with other assets can go the other way in such a swap.

Pittsburgh Penguins: The Pittsburgh Penguins are going to need to improve their top six this summer. Overall, this season has been a bit underwhelming for their standards, because of their offensive woes, so maybe bringing in a player like Reinhart could help change things on that front. With that, Jason Zucker is a pending unrestricted free agent, so Reinhart could be a very good replacement for him in Pittsburgh’s lineup.

Dallas Stars: The Dallas Stars would be wise to improve their top six this offseason if they want to become legitimate contenders in the NHL. A player like Reinhart certainly could be a good addition for them, as he has experience playing both center and right wing. Due to this, he could fit virtually anywhere on one of their two top lines, so we will need to wait and see if they do in fact make a push for him this offseason.
