3 Potential Trade Destinations for Bruins' Taylor Hall

The Boston Bruins are expected to look much different when the puck drops on the 2023-24 season. General manager Don Sweeney confirmed the speculation as the Bruins need to create some cap space to fill some holes and are going to have to make a trade or two to make it happen. Insert Taylor Hall. He's a prime candidate to get moved and here's a few potential destinations for the veteran winger:

New Jersey Devils

The Devils have a ton of cap space to work with this upcoming offseason and given they have a number of veteran forwards who they may not bring back, it could open up the door for Hall to return to New Jersey. He spent 3.5 seasons with the Devils when they were not this good so it would be nice to see Hall make his way back and play some meaningful games.

Columbus Blue Jackets

The Blue Jackets don't mind taken advantage of a vulnerable team as they will be looking for more offense this summer. The team continues to try and get back to the Stanley Cup Playoffs and adding Hall behind Johnny Gaudreau could be a good first step to upgrading their roster for next season. The Blue Jackets have over $22 million in cap space to work with for 2023-24.

Pittsburgh Penguins

The Penguins are another team in line for changes as they continue to look for a new general manager and president of hockey operations. The Pens have over $20 million to work with this summer and with Jason Zucker expected to leave, it could open up the door perfectly for Hall to play on the team's second line with Evgeni Malkin and Bryan Rust.
