Flyers: 3 Top Trade Candidates Heading Into 2024

Christmas is over, and now the new year is less than one week away. Thus, over these next few days, we here at NHL Trade Rumors will discuss the three top trade candidates from each team heading into 2024.

In this latest edition of the series, we will be looking at the Philadelphia Flyers. While they have had a good start to the season, they are still expected to be big sellers at the trade deadline, as they are in the middle of a rebuild. Let's go over their top trade candidates now.

Sean Walker: Sean Walker has been a big surprise for the Flyers this season, and he is becoming one of their top trade candidates because of it. He is a pending unrestricted free agent who will get a ton of attention from playoff teams looking to improve the right side of their defensive group before the deadline passes.

Nick Seeler: Nick Seeler is another solid defenseman who will be a hot commodity at the deadline. He carries an easily affordable cap hit and has been excellent for the Flyers all season. He is the perfect rental candidate for contenders who are tight on cap space and need to improve the left side of their defensive group.

Carter Hart: The Flyers could also make a huge move and deal Carter Hart before the deadline. He has been in the rumor mill for quite some time, and he would be a perfect fit for teams in need of a high-impact starter.

We will now need to wait and see if any of these three Flyers end up being dealt during 2024 from here.
