Rangers Rumors: 3 Potential Landing Spots For Chris Kreider
New York Rangers forward Chris Kreider was a popular name in the rumor mill this season, but a trade did not come to fruition. However, that undoubtedly has the potential to change during the summer, especially with how the Rangers' season went.
Due to this, let's discuss three teams who could look to acquire Kreider this off-season.
Minnesota Wild
The Wild could be a team to watch when it comes to Kreider, as they undoubtedly could use help on the wing. If they acquired Kreider, he could be a nice fit on their second line with Ryan Hartman and former Rangers teammate Mats Zuccarello.
Boston Bruins
The Bruins have been connected to Kreider in the past, and it would not be surprising if they targeted him again this off-season. The Original Six club should be looking to improve their top six this summer, so Kreider could grab their attention. When looking at Boston's lineup, the Massachusetts native could work well on their second line and would be an obvious choice for their power play
Anaheim Ducks
The Ducks are a young team on the rise, so they could be a team to watch in the Kreider sweepstakes. If they acquired him, he could be an excellent mentor for the team's younger players as they look to take that next step and become a playoff team. If they brought him in, he could slot very nicely in their top six.
