NHL Rumors: 4 Nashville Predators Offseason Trade Candidates

Roman Josi, Nashville Predators

The Nashville Predators will certainly be a team to keep a close eye on this offseason. Several of their players came up in the rumor mill as trade candidates leading up to the 2026 NHL trade deadline, and it would not be surprising if they generated interest during the summer.

Because of this, let's look at four Nashville players who could get moved this offseason.

Roman Josi

Josi has come up in the rumor mill, and if he ends up wanting a change of scenery this summer, he should generate a ton of interest. The 35-year-old is still a top-pairing blueliner at this stage of his career and would be a massive pickup for any interested clubs.

Steven Stamkos

Stamkos was the subject of trade speculation leading up to the deadline and had multiple teams connected to him. The 36-year-old forward certainly should garner interest during the summer as well, as he is still an impactful scorer. His 33 goals and 55 points in 69 games this season show that.

Jonathan Marchessault

The fit between the Predators and Marchessault just has not been there. The veteran winger would benefit from a change of scenery and would be a solid addition for any team looking for more skill in their top six.

Ryan O'Reilly

O'Reilly is having an amazing season with Nashville, and his trade value should be very high this summer because of it. If the 35-year-old center ends up being open to a move, several contenders should be looking to add him this offseason. In 68 games this season, he has 24 goals and 64 points.
