Vancouver Canucks have trade offers for 6 players

The Vancouver Canucks are open for business and after Tyler Myers and Conor Garland were recently traded, expect much more of the same from Jim Rutherford and Patrik Allvin on Friday.

The Canucks are in the midst of a fire sale and have held trade discussions around Elias Pettersson with the Carolina Hurricanes and Detroit Red Wings. They've also been in talks on Evander Kane, Brock Boeser, Drew O'Connor, Teddy Blueger, and even David Kampf.

There's been no shortage of interest in Boeser, as the Boston Bruins and Hurricanes have made significant trade offers, but for now, the Canucks are holding out for something bigger. There's also been the LA Kings who have shown interest in Pettersson and Boeser, so we'll see if anything materializes between the two clubs.

Kampf, Blueger, and O'Connor won't cost near as much, as they're all bottom-six forwards who can help a contender around the edges. Kane's the wild card and because of his reputation, the trade market hasn't really been as hot as the Canucks were hoping.

The Canucks are in full tank mode as they'd love to land first-overall pick Gavin McKenna in the spring, so we'll see if they're able to sell off their trade assets before 3pm est on Friday.

One other player to watch is Jake DeBrusk, who holds a full no-movement clause, but has told management he's open to moving on from the struggling organization.
