Why We Love Hockey: Alex Galchenyuk hosted a very special guest, meet Charlotte aka 'Girlchenyuk'

Hockey is a beautiful game on the ice, but it's moments like this where the off-ice activities take it to another level. When Alex Galchenyuk was playing for the Montreal Canadiens last season, he was a guest at a charity party where he would be lucky enough to meet Charlotte.

Charlotte, as it turns out, is Galchenyuk's biggest fan and even has been labelled with the amazing nickname of 'Girlchenyuk' to honour just how much she loves the now Coyotes' forward. This video reminds us, nothing in the game will even mean more than seeing smiling children hanging out with their heroes.
