New Flyers Coach Having Serious Doubts About His Team

John Tortorella hasn't even coached one game for the Philadelphia Flyers and he's already majorly concerned over what he has in the dressing room. The polarizing coach really knows how to kick off a new year.

Torts made an appearance on SiriusXM radio and had some interesting comments about his new club:

I have major concerns about the room. I've spent the summer going back and forth ... to Philly trying to relocate there. But (I) spent some time in the office talking to players, talking to personnel, talking to (general manager) Chuck (Fletcher), all the front office, and I have major concerns about what goes on in there. Before we even step on the ice, situations and standards and accountability in the room is forefront. You can't get squat done on the ice until you get your room straightened out, and I think we have a little bit of work to do there.

Tell us how you really feel, Torts. The ex-coach turned ESPN analyst, then back to coach was hired in June and has done nothing but preach the culture needs to be adjusted in Philly.

Last season the Flyers finished with a record of 25-46-11, needless to say if that happens again, there's going to be some serious fireworks in Philly. Get your popcorn ready Flyers fans, it's going to be an interesting season.
