NHL Trade Rumor: Carolina dealing Sebastian Aho to Montreal

According to sources, the Carolina Hurricanes are battling 3 other teams at the moment in the race to sign star Sebastian Aho.

The Athletic's Pierre LeBrun goes on to mention the team is willing to match any offer sheet handed out, however, if you want to facilitate a trade, they are certainly listening to what teams have to offer.

No confirmation on which teams have reached out to Aho, but believe around the league is the Canadiens and Islanders are two of the teams.

Aho is expected to sign a mega-deal, would a trade to Montreal make sense for both clubs?
