NHLTR: Arizona Coyotes making a huge push for Taylor Hall with latest offer

The Taylor Hall sweepstakes continue as the 'for sale' sign is lit up in New Jersey. The team is free falling, they have fired their coach, and the Devils have opened their phone lines for transactions.

While hockey insider Elliotte Friedman mentioned Wednesday night that the Colorado Avalanche make the more sense for renting Hall this season, a lot of teams are looking to make a deal, and sign Hall to an extension all at the same time.

For New Jersey this means,  if they are giving teams a chance to speak with Hall regarding an extension, their return for the player will be better.

One of the latest teams to contact the Devils - the Arizona Coyotes.

Their offer is rumored to be built around forward Lawson Crouse, prospect Nick Merkley and a first-round pick. The Coyotes prefer to sign Hall long term, and it's believed Hall has interest in living in the desert.

The push continues as Devils, GM, Ray Shero is taking calls every single day. When will he pull the trigger? It appears, sooner than later.
